Travel agents sell transportation, lodging, and admission to actions to those planning trips. Activities which can be deemed to affect this relationship embrace: (i) anything which will cause to be excluded from the method of reserving; (ii) speaking negatively or detrimentally about with regard to Lodging; (iii) doing anything that may cause an Accommodation to terminate its contract or cut back its dealings and enterprise with ; (iv) speaking immediately with any Lodging in respect of bookings made via the System, and (v) making bookings or reservations via the System with the aim of reselling to or for the benefit of a 3rd party.
HAVE AGREED AS FOLLOWS: 1.
